Coffman exterior renovation will cost $2.1 M
From the Daily Web-site:
The University plans to renovate Coffman Union’s exterior next year, according to March Board of Regents documents.

The east and south sides of the 70-year-old building will get fixed up this year’s construction season — starting in the spring and ending in the fall. The west and north sides will be addressed in the 2011 season.
The $2.1-million project was proposed in order to make the exterior of the building more weather resistent [sic] and improve its appearance.
When was the last renovation? Fairly recently! Is this really necessary right now? And we need to lay-off or furlough people?
