Course Correction in Higher Education Part II
The high tuition high financial aid experiment has been a financial disaster for middle income families as the "financial aid" has been in the form of ever increasing student loans. See section 1 in Course Correction in Higher Education and Whose Fault--Crushing Student Debt.
