Using physicians' knowledge of radio waves, can we edit the propaganda that many Middle Eastern programs put out?

Docs are pretty smart, but I don't know that I'd want them to edit anyone's propaganda, unless they were paid to do this by, say, Pepsi or Coke or Twin City Federal...
