The Fairview brand would go away and all of the current FV hospitals and clinics would have been branded University of Minnesota Hospitals and Clinics. Can't recall why it was axed - it was either the Board of Regents or the leadership at UMP that killed it at the time. The only thing that resulted was the University of Minnesota Physicians Heart group, at Southdale, or whatever they call it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
